of real stock
Not a catalogue with a quantity field. A working system for teams who move cartons, count shelves and chase suppliers every day.
Live stock, per location
Every SKU carries a quantity for each store and warehouse. The chain total is the sum, never a separate record.

Retail, wholesale and warehouse stock are usually three systems and a phone call. Stoq puts them on one ledger with three useful views.
One number you can trust
Stock is counted per location, not in a single bucket. The chain total, the store total and the warehouse total are the same ledger, updated by every scan and sale.
- SKU-level quantities per location

A stock system can tell you what happened. Stoq forecasts what is about to — per SKU, per location, with the weekend uplift and the promo bump already priced in.
- Uses at least 12 weeks of your own sales history.
- Separate forecast and cover for each location.
- Every suggestion explains its inputs and confidence.

The order is
already drafted.
Stoq watches velocity, cover days and supplier lead time. When a SKU drops below its reorder point, the quantity is calculated and the draft is waiting — with the reasoning shown, and nothing sent until a human approves.

Multi-location
Every site.
One ledger.
Stores, a warehouse and an online dark store should not each keep their own truth. Stoq gives each location its own view and the chain a single stock position.
- Stock reported per location, not averaged.
- Transfers need confirmation at both ends.
- Capacity and fill-rate visible per site.

Ask your inventory
a question.
No report builder, no pivot table. Ask what is low, what sold this week, or what to transfer to Lekki. The assistant answers from your live stock and shows the record it used.

Stoq assistant
Connected to 4 locations
I can see 18 SKUs across four locations, plus the last 26 weeks of sales. Ask about cover, a forecast, a transfer or an order — I will show the numbers behind the answer.
Stoq assistant · read-only access to live stock
Demonstration only. Nothing is ordered, transferred or changed.
From loading bay
to ledger.
One workflow for the physical reality of stock — cartons, counts and confirmations — and the numbers leadership needs on Monday.
Bring the stock in
Import a CSV or scan products at the loading bay. Opening quantities are captured per location, not lumped together.
Sell and count
Sales, transfers and cycle counts all hit the same ledger. Variances need a sign-off before quantities move.
Let the model look ahead
Stoq learns the rhythm of each SKU, then drafts the transfer or purchase order that keeps cover where it belongs.
Approve and receive
A human approves. The sending site confirms, the receiving site signs for it, and the paper trail closes itself.
Operators
Fewer stock-outs.
Fewer surprise orders.
“We stopped guessing what to send to the Lekki store. The transfer suggestions moved our fill rate from 84% to 96% in one quarter.”
“Forecasting used to be a spreadsheet one person understood. Now the buying team opens one screen on Monday and the order is already half-drafted.”
“The assistant is the first thing I open. ‘Which products are running low?’ used to take an hour of counting. Now it is a sentence.”

Questions
The things buying
teams ask first.
Still unsure? The demo workspace is populated with a real-looking chain, so you can break it before you buy it.
Open the workspaceIt models each SKU per location from at least 12 weeks of sales history, adjusted for day-of-week seasonality, promotions and trends. Forecasts are shown with a confidence interval, and every suggestion explains the inputs it used.
Yes. Every SKU carries a quantity per location. Transfers move stock between locations while preserving cost, supplier and batch references, and the receiving location has to confirm before the ledger changes.
Products can carry price lists per channel. Wholesale orders, retail walk-ins and online fulfilment are all recorded against the same stock, with the channel visible in every report.
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types like a keyboard works with the browser app. Phone cameras can scan QR and EAN codes for intake and stock counts.
Upload a CSV or Excel file. Stoq maps SKU, barcode, name, cost, price and opening stock per location, then shows you a preview before anything is committed.
The web app keeps a local queue of counts and sales made offline and syncs them when the connection returns. Conflicts are surfaced for review rather than silently overwritten.
Know what you have.
Before the shelf tells you.
Put four locations, eighteen SKUs and eight weeks of forecast in front of your team. The demo is already loaded.
